Sex can be one of the most intimate parts of a relationship and one of the hardest things to talk about.
Desire changes. Bodies change. Relationships change. Parenthood, fertility treatment, illness, disability, menopause, stress, medication, betrayal and the passage of time can all affect the way we experience ourselves sexually and the way we connect with a partner.
Sometimes the difficulty is sexual. Sometimes sex is where a wider relationship difficulty is being expressed. Often it is a mixture of both.
I offer a warm, non-judgemental space for individuals and couples to talk openly about sex, intimacy, desire and connection.

Sex and Intimacy therapy sits within relationship or individual therapy, it can include:
· Differences in sexual desire or frequency
· Loss of sexual or physical intimacy
· Difficulty talking about sex, wants, needs or boundaries
· Changes in intimacy following parenthood
· The impact of fertility treatment on sex and connection
· Rebuilding intimacy following infidelity or emotional disconnection
· Body confidence and changing relationships with the body
· The impact of illness, disability, menopause or other life transitions
· Neurodivergence, sensory experience and intimacy
· Understanding what sex, desire and intimacy mean within your relationship
